Speech-Language Pathologist, and Mindset and Communication Specialist Renee Vee Recently Featured on Close Up Radio

COLLEGEVILLE, PA, UNITED STATES, September 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Schools spend years teaching students reading and writing, yet almost none teach children how to think. The result, according to mindset and communications specialist Renee Vee, is a population fluent in academics but largely illiterate in the emotional and mental patterns that determine life outcomes. Although many adults chase self-improvement advice, such as visualization and positive thinking, without a framework for putting that advice into practice, that guidance rarely produces lasting change.

As a public school Speech-Language Pathologist for 24 years, Vee watched the cost of this void. She saw how her students’ communication challenges often traced back to unexamined beliefs, rather than physical speech barriers. Since then, Vee has spent years building a career around filling that void for both kids and adults.

In one case, a first grader on her caseload had developed a severe stutter after his baby brother was born. This fascinated Renee, and she decided to put into practice what she was learning and practicing herself. Rather than drilling him on fluency techniques, Vee asked what he thought about his place in the family now that he had a baby brother. His answer surprised her, and she acted on it, intentionally weaving mindset practices into her fluency therapy. By the end of that school year, the boy’s stutter was gone and the outcome shaped Vee’s approach: treat thoughts first and behavior tends to follow.

In 2021, Vee left the school system to build her practice. Her first attempt, an online curriculum for kids, the Mighty Minds Academy, taught solid material but was launched into a market already worn down by pandemic-era screen time. Rather than abandon the idea, Vee rebuilt it around the people already in front of her.

Renee began using a framework that treats emotional intelligence as currency. Today, she teaches teenagers to name and manage their emotional state with the same discipline schools apply to math and reading. Her framework gives students language for what they feel before feelings turn into a behavior problem or a communication breakdown.

For adults, Vee co-founded the Rich Thinking Conference in 2024 to bring serious mindset training to the East Coast. The event returns this October 2nd with a VIP dinner the night before and an activation session led by Coach Michael Burt. The event is structured around Vee’s core idea that knowing what to think only helps when someone knows how to think it.

This year, Vee expanded her brand into print with the “Rich Thinking Anthology,” a collection from her new imprint, Rich Thinking Press. The “Rich Thinking Anthology” features 30 authors who rebuilt their lives after setbacks, including incarceration, bankruptcy, and serious illness. She calls it the Bible of Abundance, framing abundance as a way of thinking rather than a number in a bank account. The “Rich Thinking Anthology” launched on August 17th this year and hit #1 Amazon Best Seller in the Business Mentoring & Coaching Category, and also hit #1 Hot New Release in the Business Mentoring & Coaching and Motivational Growth & Spirituality Categories.

Vee has also co-authored 2 two anthologies, “The Change Volume 23: Insights Into Self-Empowerment”, and “Is Manifesting Bullshit?” to help rectify popular misguided beliefs about manifestation. Pointing to actor Jim Carrey, who famously wrote himself a check for $20 million years before he could cash one, Vee argues Carrey’s check meant nothing without the relentless work that followed. Belief sets the direction and action closes the distance.

Across every facet of her work, Vee’s method stays the same: give people language for their own thinking and then hold them accountable for the follow-through that turns belief into a result. Her emphasis on follow-through is deliberate. Vee has seen what happens when a person absorbs a mindset lesson without applying it. Awareness alone rarely changes anything. Only when pairing a new belief with a concrete next action, repeated consistently, can results happen.
