The second episode of the Washington occult-noir audio drama takes the case to the Brewmaster’s Castle and the real Gilded-Age titan at the heart of Season 2

After the rooftop horror that opened the season, occult private investigator Torsten Somersby and his partner Nigel Clemmons are summoned to the home of a real Washington legend: brewmaster Christian Heurich.
Received by Heurich’s butler, Andrew Bell, the investigators hear an unsettling story seventy-five years in the making, and agree to hunt the winged thing haunting the capital. Heurich was no invention. The German immigrant behind Senate beer, he was for decades the largest private employer in Washington, second only to the federal government, and built the Foggy Bottom brewery and the landmark near Dupont Circle still known as the Brewmaster’s Castle. Once branded a wartime spy by the papers, he becomes, in Flight of the Fallen, the man who sets Torsten on the trail of “the fallen.”

Season 1, The Scourge from Carthage, runs six episodes and has earned more than 25,500 IAB Tech Lab-certified downloads, and Season 2 has been streaming since its September 1 premiere. Flight of the Fallen runs six episodes, with new installments every other Tuesday through the November 10 finale.
