An experienced K–12 educator and first-time author, Dr. Debra Windley has over 30 years of expertise. She has a EdD in Educational Leadership, an MS in School Administration, and a BA in Mathematics. From Beginning Teacher Mentor to Grade-Level Team Leader, Math Department Chair, Math Team Coach, and Girls’ Basketball Coach, Dr. Windley has led several teams. Since becoming a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and student services coordinator, she has worked to improve schools and communities.
